The likelihood is, yes it will. The CruiseBox will work on the DDE4 and DDE5 variants of ECU. This is the '184' engine, and later variants up to 2005. It will also work on the MS43 3.0 Petrol. All that you need to get the cruise box working, is a speed input from your car, be it either from the ABS system, or from a speedo transducer on the gearbox. These are all valid methods of obtaining a speed input for the unit.
