Designed primarily for LHD TDCi Defenders with a standard steering box, this one-piece billet alternator relocation bracket allows the alternator to be repositioned to provide the clearance needed around the steering box. It is also an ideal upgrade for anyone wanting to move the alternator higher in the engine bay, helping keep it further away from dirt, mud, and water.
Machined from 6061 billet aluminium as a single-piece bracket, this kit is designed to fit the BMW M57N / M57N2 engine when using the high-mount power steering pump setup as standard.
Supplied as a complete fitting package, it includes the idler pulley, belt, fitting hardware, and fitting instructions, making installation as straightforward as possible.
This setup is designed to retain the standard BMW alternator and standard BMW power steering pump.
